Resolving Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact info@2aforall-apparel.com. We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 business hours.
If you receive an item with a printing defect or manufacturing error, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the issue to help us evaluate the claim.
If the issue is determined to be a defect in printing or production, we will, at our discretion, either:
*Replace the item, or
*Issue a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be:
*Unworn
*Unwashed
*In their original condition
Please note that refunds and replacements are limited to defects in printing, workmanship, or production errors. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing, customer preference, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse.
Shipping policy
At 2A For All Apparel, many of our products are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information, if available.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
